to whomever can help,
I was arrested for dui in florida but im only down here for a couple months then i go back to ny on the 1st of july. I was just sentenced to 6 months probation ,fines,community service,and classes. Im supposed to be leaving in a couple weeks its misdemeander charge. am I going to have trouble getting all that transferred to ny. And what are they going to ask of me? please help thank you.. ive only been in florida 3 months to visit.
