I have a guy who is more than a friend, but I am still with my husband help?

Earlier this year I separated from my husband because of an alcoholic problem and he spent time in jail for 8 months, rehab 1 month. I moved in with a friend I have always had and it turned into more, sex and all well, My husband is now back in the picture, mainly I feel I owe him another chance because of my children and his newly found sobriety for now 10 months, he had a dui third offense. I love my husband dearly but we have had continuing problems our whole entire marriage, infadelity, verbal abuse, etc. am I staying because I feel comfortable and he is all I ever have known, we all three live together with my children and it's normal day to day life but, when I am around my friend I still have feelings but, I have to devote 100% to my husband if I want to make this work correct? very confused right now. should I tell my friend to move on or my husband? I have been with my husband for 10 years , my friend I have known for 15 years but hung aroung for 2 years and kept in contact.

You have a really big decision to make. Make a list of everything good and bad about each guy. Yes, you are married and you took vows. But he took vows also, and he broke those vows apparently. Do you still love him enough to be with him for the rest of your life? If nothing changed from this point on, and this was the best it would get, could you see yourself in it for the next 20 years? Is he a good role model for your children? Remember, children learn what they live. What are you teaching them about life, love, and realtionships? Before you can make any decision about the friend, you have got to decide where this marriage is going. If you cannot be certain that your husband is the man with whom you want to live with and spend the rest of your life with, then let it go. Some people say life is short. Life is lonnng. Too long to be in a dead-end relationship for so many years. It is so much easier and more fulfilling to be in love with someone who is devoted to you and your children, and who will not hurt you emotionally, verbally, or any other way. Pray about it, and give yourself some time to clear your head and come to a good decision for your own sake and the sake of your children. Good luck to you.

Why A Second DUI Is Much Worse Than You Think

Do you know the consequences of receiving a second DUI? Something you need to understand if you have gotten a DUI already is the next one is going to be worse and you must care enough to not drink and drive. Something you should never do is put a minor in danger and the reason this won't work is because often times an attorney won't even take on this case because they know you will get put in jail for endangerment to a minor.

The last thing you need to understand about why you do not want to receive a second DUI is that attorney costs will most likely increase as well.Usually if you utilize the same attorney you will receive a small discount but the problem is there is more work to be completed, you'll have to take counseling and alcohol classes, and sometimes you'll be ordered to do attend hearing with the Department of Motor Vehicles which means that your lawyer is going to charge you even more. What most individuals don't realize is the attorney you hire would like to help you get out of as much as possible but at the same time they understand you're already walking a fine line which they cannot push against because the judge will push back. Just understand that when it comes to receiving a second DUI the primary thing you need to do is hire an attorney for yourself.

Repeat DUI offender arrested soon after working quit warning

CHICO, California - A guy on probation for preceding DUI allegations was arrested on Tuesday for driving drunk and crashing into a large rig north of Chico.

Richard A. Halvorson, 35, was heading east on Anita Road all around midday on Tuesday when he supposedly ran a quit indication at Hamilton Nord Cana Highway and hit a trailer that was getting hauled by a truck on the intersection.

Halvorson was driving a Saturn, which received wedged under the trailer and dragged. The trailer came off of the truck and overturned. Halvorson then fled from the scene.

Halvorson was previously convicted of DUI in 2006 over a crash that led to a particular person currently being hurt and endangered the lifestyle of a child.

Witnesses report him working with out a shirt on Anita Highway and was chased by another witness in their car.

When the police arrived, Halvorson was questioned and offered a subject sobriety check which he reportedly failed. He was then taken into custody.

Halvorson claimed he did not see the halt signal simply because he was texting on his telephone - another infraction in several states.

Halvorson incurred minor injuries but refused to be handled. The driver of the truck, Manuel Rangel, was not hurt.

Halvorson now faces a felony DUI cost with a prior report as effectively as driving with a suspended license.
