If I get a DUI dropped down to reckless could I possibly get no probation?

Also could I get it expunged? This happened in Florida

The sentencing laws are different in every state. Most states consider reckless driving to be a summary offense generally only requiring a fine be paid.

Getting it expunged is probably a difficult proposition as you will have to plead guilty to the recklesss to get this deal. However, a reckless driving is not necessarily alcohol related and having it on your record shouldn't hurt you too much down the road in terms of jobs etc.

How to get into Canada from US with a DUI?

My friend had expunged DUI < 5 years ago and they turned him away at the border because he had DUI even though it was expunged from the record.

Expungement doesn't necessarily mean that a record "disappears" altogether-what it means is that the record is no longer "publicly viewable"-which means that people like potential employers probably wouldn't find any record of the offense if they did a background check on a new job applicant.Generally expunged records are still available to law enforcement.

Can I get a life/health insurance license in Florida with 2 dui misdemeanors, the latest one was 9 years ago?

About 13 years ago I got a misdemeanor dui, and then I got a second one 9 years ago. Will I still be able to get a life/Health Insurance license, and job in the State of Florida? I no longer drink.
