Does any one know about licences or work for the DMV?

Ok so a while back i got a DUI and my licence was taken away for a 30 day period before the court date. So I got an ID card. Now I was told if i got an ID card it cancelled out my Licence. But they gave me my licence back after the 30 days was up. I Aslo NEVER got conviced of the dui and the case was dropped. So is my licence valid and if not how do i fix this?

You aren't telling the whole story.
I suggest you have a friend drive you to the DMV office in your area and you ASK THEM if your license is valid.

A friend of mine got a DUI 1 yr ago, but charges were suppressed now she has gotten another will she face jail

This has occurred in the state of NC and I know that laws vary for state to state.

She did not learn the first time? She got a second chance and threw it away. I don't want people like that on the road. I would expect her to get at least a one year suspension and either a month in jail or several hundred hours of community service. And hopefully she will learn her lesson before she kills herself or more likely someone else.
