legal question help! DUI in Illinois?

Ok so my cousin is 19 years old in college, she wasn't driving, there was a sober driver, however, it was her car. she was in the backseat and the driver told the cop that she wasn't sober enough to drive. she had 3 beers and denied the breathalizer test and was never given a field sobriety test and was not taken to jail. she did get a drinking ticket and has a court date, what do you think will happen to her?

I will respectfully disagree with the above poster. Refusing a breathalyzer is automatically guilty. She will have an underage drinking and a suspension of her license for refusing the breathalyzer.
