Can a second offense be expunged?

i was caught smoking pot in my car and i was not arrested or given a citation or any paperwork. I had a dui and marijuana possesion in september 2008 and my probation is over and the crimes were expunged. In pennsylvania if i get charged with this marijuana possession can it be expunged and or will it count as a first offense?
