What happens if your on probation for a DUI and recieve an MIP?

I am on six month probation in Nebraska for a DUI and I recently got an MIP , I turned 21 a week and a half later and my court date is in three weeks. I have heard that sometimes if you turn 21 before your court date The MIP gets dropped. Does anybody know what might happen or have any advice?

If your PO has any brains he will violate you. No turning 21 before your court date but after you arrest will not help you.
