Why isn't MADD issuing a statement about "jackass" star Ryan Dunn's death?
The recent coroner report said he was driving over 100mph when he crashed, killing himself and a passenger shortly after "tweeting" pictures of himself drinking and partying. Why are we sad and shocked about his death? He and his entire monetary worth should be sued for his wreckless endangerment to the public,
Did anyone notice him on Win it in a Minute or whatever the name of that ridiculous show is? Look at re-runs of him trying to place 6 dice cubes atop each other. Notice his hands shaking? that's not nerves! that is alcohol withdrawals!!! Had he drank 2-3 beers or a couple of shots that task would have been simple for him! Look at his counterpart on the show - clear faced, calm, and able. Most people arrested and fined for DUI aren't caught in most cases until after their 30-50th time behind the wheel. This guy was a menace to society.
What could have been done to prevent this so called tragedy?
It is a shame that he died. It is never a good thing when a person dies, unless if they're a seriously bad person; like Osama or something.
Yes he was an alcoholic, probably a drug addict too. But there is nothing to gain by bashing him while he's dead. Learn some fcking respect, seriously.
Realistically, I suppose this was the best way to go out. It is sad that he killed the passenger, but no one forced that person into the car. They knew the potential consequences. I'm just glad he didn't kill any pedestrians or other motorists.
The guy led a horrible lifestyle, but he was funny as hell.
To answer your question... what is the point, really? Just because he is a (D list) celebrity, doesn't make his case any different. Everyone who knew the guy saw this coming. It is unfortunate that the end result was fatal, but that is life. I could see them potentially issuing a statement in a week or so. But regardless of the circumstances, a man is dead. There is no place for bashing so soon after it happened. Just be thankful more people werent injured.
