How much time would you get in jail for two dui`s and two domestic violence in michigan?

Ok my brother just turned himself in for two dui`s and two domestic violence cases his bond for the two domestic cases are $2,000 each minus 10% and for his two dui`s $10,000 minus 10% how much time could he posibably get?

At this point no one can say. But here's some sound advice.

1. HIRE A LAWYER. Yes hire a good one.

2. get your brother some counseling. In fact offer that as part of the bargain. Discuss it with the lawyer.

A contrite heart is what a judge is fond of. Get the lawyer to speak with him though. The public just usually pisses judges off.
