Does anyone know the outcome of Matt Roloff's DUI trial?

The confusion lies in his history of suspicion of drunk driving, as he was arrested in March 2003, and the police record shows that he did take the test & failed. The charges for that arrest were dismissed on his agreement to take an alcohol diversion program. This case is not to be confused with recent events.

This most recent arrest was in June 2007, and according to records, he did not agree this time to take the field sobriety test. Charges include DUI, failure to take the test, and failing to drive within a lane.

I cannot find publication of a court decision (for what is listed as both a Dec 5th *and* a Dec 11th court date) in this case, and have to assume that The Learning Channel has arranged as much hush-hush on this as they can as well. I figure it was dismissed on lack of evidence or some agreement between parties based on the lack of coverage...
