My Alabama drivers license was revoked until May 13, 2008. I went to the DMV and they let me pay the fine to get my license reinstated they also let me take the written and driving test. I passed both the DMV was going to give me an Alabama drivers license and then they said they could not because Kentucky had a hold on my drivers license. I have never been licensed in Kentucky however in March of 2006 I got a 4th offense DUI. I have now been clean and sober for over two years and I am really trying to get my life straightened out. I have a master's degree in social work however it is impossible to get a job in my field without a driver's license. I have been working as a server for a year now. I just need help getting my license back. Any help or suggetions would be greatly appreciated.
