What happens when you are pulled over for under age drinking?
Last night on 7/4/2010 3:30am, I was pulled over by California Highway Patrol, because i was supposedly "swerving and driving too slow" on the freeway, going 50 on a 65. But they later found out that i was drinking, and i took the sobriety test. I'm 19 years old, and i did not pass the .08% alcohol level, but still unsure of what number i got. My car was impounded and I received a ticket, and a pink slip, for a hearing at the DMV.
My question is, what will happen after this? Is this a DUI? Will my license be suspended in no matter the case? Do I need a lawyer? How much are the fines? Will this count as a point in my record? I have some other questions as well, but they aren't coming clear to my head right now, please help me answer the questions above, need help asap, I must schedule a DMV hearing in within 10 days.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - The trial of a man who is charged with
two counts of murder for a car crash that killed two Huntsville
teens has been delayed.
Felix Ortega’s trial was supposed to begin next week but it has
been continued until later in 2010.
Circuit Judge Loyd Little had been scheduled to oversee the
trial beginning on Jan. 11 but Little is set to retire Jan. 15.
Attorneys in the case have been directed not to discuss it with
the press.
The 26-year-old Ortega faces two murder counts for the April 17
deaths of 16-year-old Grissom High School sophomore Leigh Anna
Jimmerson and her 19-year-old boyfriend, Tad Mattle.
Prosecutors say Ortega had a blood alcohol level more than three
times the legal limit at the time of the crash.

You know, it never fails to amaze me when these illegal sympathizers say things like "It is sad when ever a kid is raped, the fact the rapist is an illegal alien has nothing to do with it"
Or "It is tragic when anyone is killed by a drunk driver, but the drunk drivers immigration status has nothing to do with it"
Or "I feel sorry for everyone who is a victim of ID fraud, but just because the person who stole their identity happens to be an undocumented immigrant has nothing to do with it"
